Data we collect

The website requires no account. When you use the contact form or write to us by email, we collect your email address, your name if you provide it, and the content of your request, including any documents you choose to send us.

Purpose and legal basis

This data is used solely to answer your request and, where applicable, to prepare an assignment. Processing is based on your consent and on pre-contractual steps taken at your request. The data is never sold or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.

Retention

Requests that do not lead to an assignment are kept for [twelve months] from the last exchange. Documents relating to an assignment are kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and then for the statutory limitation periods.

Recipients and processors

The data is processed by the partners of Time2. Our email is hosted by Google (Google Workspace) and the website by OVH, in France. The website's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts servers, which transmits your IP address to Google when pages are displayed. The website sets no advertising or analytics cookies.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@time2.healthcare. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
